How long will it take to have my robot repaired?
After we have received your robot, our engineer will complete the repair process within 5 business days, some irregular cases can take longer.
How do I track the repair status？
1. An e-mail will be sent to you with a link, case number and password. You can click the link and log in to check the repair status.
2. Or on the website you can click Support—-Maintenance Progress Center and log in to check the repair status.
