Strit And Tidy Production Line Workshop
A million-level dust-free workshop is a key configuration for manufacturing high-quality electronic products. We strictly implement international quality system standards. Before entering the dust-free workshop, each worker must change into special work clothes for the dust-free workshop and go through multiple steps such as air showers and static electricity removal. And wear a special anti-static bracelet before entering the dust-free workshop for product assembly operations. A high-efficiency air filtration system is used in the workshop to circulate and purify the dust-free workshop. Aiming at the stringent product requirements of customers in different countries and regions. Avoid dust affecting product performance during manufacturing and ensure product stability.
Experienced Technical staff & Advanced Instruments
We employ excellent experienced technicians and advanced testing instruments. We focus on product quality and have an independent quality control center. Composed of 20 internal professional quality control specialists, we use stringent testing standards higher than international standards to create a solid, reliable and stable product experience for users.
Raw Materials Test & Finished Products 48 Hours Aging Test
All the raw material raw materials, we will randomly select some units from the bulk goods and test it, specially the cables, batteries, triggers etc, to make sure the quality meet our standards. The finished products will pass several rounds of testing. All of the products will be fully inspected by experience QC, will be under aging 48 hours to test the stability of the products, minimize the occurrence of defective products.
